Founded in 1998, Equality California has offices in Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Palm Springs. New Morning Emergency Youth Shelter - 530-626-4190. New Morning's Youth Shelter offers temporary housing, hot meals, clothing, and individual and family counseling services for kids ages 6 - 17.
