To join PFLAG, print a copy of our membership form (Adobe PDF format, 32Kb). After completing the form, mail it to our P.O. box (address on the form), or bring it with you to a PFLAG meeting.
Note: To download or open the membership form, you must have Adobe Reader. If you don't have it yet, you can download a free copy from Adobe's download page.
